Long Travel

Long travel is defined by a suspension that’s extended beyond the factory Tacoma shock and A-arm geometry. In a standard long travel lift kit, you will see upgraded A-arms, increased stroke shocks, extended and strengthened CV axles, stronger steering components, limit straps, and oftentimes secondary shocks with multiple bypasses and large reservoirs for increased heat dissipation. Long travel Tacoma builds are typically designed for race and go-fast environments, however, they are also found on tight and narrow rock crawling trails as well.
